Although we operate a completely customer centric service, we understand that from time to time there may be reasons a product will need to be returned. Our Return and Refund policy provides you with peace of mind so you can enjoy your product with confidence.
We have a 30-day standard return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Vehicle Purchases
Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- If the vehicle you purchase is found to be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
- After 30 days, if the vehicle develops a fault that was present at the time of purchase, we will offer a repair or replacement in line with your consumer rights.
Standard 30-Day Return Policy
- You may return the vehicle within 30 days of purchase if it does not meet the agreed specifications agreed at the time of sale or is not of satisfactory quality as described during the sales process.
- Vehicles must be returned in the condition they were sold, with no modifications or undue wear.
- Mileage: Vehicles returned under the 30-day return policy must have accrued no more than 500 miles during the ownership period. Excess mileage may result in deductions from the refund amount to cover depreciation and wear.
Exclusions
- Returns are not accepted for vehicles damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents post-delivery.
- For any Vehicle that is found to not have a legitimate fault or is determined to meet the pre-agreed specification and quality, as demonstrated and signed at the time of sale.
- Customized or modified vehicles may be exempt from returns unless found faulty or not as described at the time of purchase.
2. Accessories, Parts, and Other Products
Standard 30-Day Return Policy
- Accessories, parts, and other products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection to ensure the product is in resalable condition.
Faulty or Not as Described Products
- If an accessory, part, or product is found to be faulty or not as described within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
Exclusions
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear beyond normal use are not eligible for return.
- Custom-made or special-order products may not be eligible for a refund unless faulty or not as described.
How to Make a Return

- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice).
- Arrange for the return of the item to our premises, ensuring it is in the condition specified above.
For vehicles, please note that the return process may involve an inspection to assess the condition and mileage. For accessories, parts, or other products, refunds will be issued once the returned item passes inspection.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in compliance with the conditions outlined above.
- For vehicle purchases, refunds may take longer if an inspection or additional steps are required.
- Deductions for excess mileage, damage, or modifications may apply as detailed in this policy.
